Ok, must be mad or a little insane! Hexagon Star and Rosettes Top 1825-1850.

Maker:
Adamson, Mrs
Date:
1825 - 1850
Mosaic hexagon patchwork top made from printed cottons, arrnged with a central star surrounded by hexagon rosettes formed from concentric circles of the same fabric. The outer rosettes are much paler colours, contrasting against darker hexgaon triangles around the edge of the patchwork top. The fabrics range in date from 1790s - 1820s,and are a mixture of dress and furnishing fabrics.
