The ingredients that you're going to need |

One Teflon cooking pot ( easier to get out )
1 16 ounce can of carnation milk
1 stick of butter
3 egg yolks ( lightly beat )
1 cup of sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla
Pinch of salt
Cooking filling |
1 cup nuts
1 cup coconut
Lets make the cookies
The ingredients that you will need |
Cream together
1 cup ( 2 sticks) of unsalted butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla
Add
1/8 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of espresso coffee
Mix
Add
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups of flour
Mix till just combined ( do not over mix )
Let rest in ice box for one hour. Drop by tablespoon on lined cookie sheet, bake. Cool on cookie pan for five min, then transfer to wire rack to finish cooling.
