This is the ingredients I use
I created this recipe
( If you use this brand of black pepper I can attest that it'll come out right)
Keep it simple
Bake at 375. One 1/2 hours
Bake on cookie sheet pan
Cut out backbone ( save backbone for soup )
And flatten out
Sprinkle lemon Black pepper, salt and extra fresh ground black pepper
Bake
When done let rest for 15 minutes
Serve some fresh steamed vegetables
Big Glass of ice tea
Eat
