Tuna Noodle Casserole

This are the ingredients that you're going to need for this recipe.
( I created this recipe)
( The brands that I used, are only a suggestion )

                                      One 12 ounce can of solid white tuna ( packed in water )
                                      One 15 ounce jar of afraid of sauce
                                       1 1/2 cup of Penne Rigate macaroni
                                       1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
                                       2 tablespoons of olive oil
                                       1 small onion chopped ( sorry I didn't get it in the picture )
                                       3 garlic heads chopped
                                       2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
                                       1 tablespoon of chopped chives
                                       1 teaspoon of garlic powder
                                       1 teaspoon of fresh ground black pepper ( fresh pepper is better )
                                       1 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt
                                       2 15 oz of water

                        In a Fryingpan sauté the onions and garlic in the olive oil on med flame. When translucent add in the chopped chives and parsley. Sauté for a minute more. Then add tuna with all the water in  the can, macaroni and Alfredo Sauce. And all the spices ( salt, black pepper and garlic powder) and water. Lightly mix. Cook till noodles are done ( about 20 min). If need be add a little more water.
When noodles are done turn off-buner add cheese. Again lightly mix. Cover for 10 min.
Transfer to serving dish and enjoy.
Mr. Tim loves to take it in his Lunch and eat it cold. Silly man.
