Supper

                                                        This is my Recipe for Meatloaf

This is the supper that I fix for my husband on Sunday.
Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans.

Meatloaf recipe     Preheat oven to 350°      Bake for one hour and a half
                               Line one loaf pan with Aluminum foil ( this will make it easy to remove )

  2 pounds of hamburger meat   ( not lean meat ) it will make your meatloaf to dry.
  One  package of saltine crackers   ( crushed )                 
  One 14.5 oz  can of diced tomatoes   (  well drained  )
  One 5 oz can of  carnation milk
  One small white onion  ( about 3/4 cup chopped )
  Three carrots. ( shredded )
  1 teaspoon thyme
  1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  1 teaspoon of salt  ( kosher salt is the best to cook with )
  2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  4 tablespoons of ketchup  ( two more tablespoons for top of meatloaf  )
  2 tablespoons of parsley

Put all the ingredients above into one bowl. Mix just until combined. Transfer into lined loaf pan.
Top for the remainder of ketchup. Bake in oven.
When done let cool in pan for 15 minutes. Transferred to a pretty serving dish.
